Although still a young man, Flavio Fiumerodo is a highly accomplished sales and business professional with success as an entrepreneur in the world of commerce and a background as an experienced adventurer and world traveler.

Since 2004, as President of Freedom Properties in Thousand Oaks, CA, Mr. Fiumerodo, a licensed broker, has managed a full service real estate development company. Known for his ability to create client bases from scratch, mine new opportunities for business growth, and develop effective marketing strategies, he built the company from the ground up, nurturing it from an embryonic state into a thriving entity. During his tenure, he has negotiated multimillion dollar transactions and expanded market share an impressive 66% in targeted markets.

His business talents are diverse and formidable. Mr. Fiumerodo manages funds for a group of investors in commercial real estate for Freedom Aggregated Capital. Prior to this endeavor, he managed millions of dollars in online advertising for Fortune 500 companies during his tenure at Yahoo Inc.. Coordinating sales and account management, he spearheaded on-line and keyword advertising campaigns for a roster of 80 clients including well known bricks and mortar, and emerging on-line brands.

Mr. Fiumerodo is at heart an entrepreneur with a belief in taking control of one’s fate into one’s own hands. Turning the metaphor into a reality, he has run his own successful construction firm, building and rehabilitating numerous commercial and residential properties.

Growing up in his native California, Mr. Fiumerodo is an Eagle Scout and earned his Silver Palm. It was his formative years in scouting that he developed a taste for life in the great outdoors and enjoys extreme sports including sky diving, snow boarding, scuba diving, and mountain climbing. If he cannot be found behind a desk working a business deal, you can more than likely find him in the rugged back country of the Sierra Nevada gold country or Eastern Sierras. A well-travelled, world citizen, Mr. Fiumerodo has been to Canada, England, France, Belgium, Holland, Italy, Switzerland, Scotland, India, Nepal, and Thailand.

In 2001, he led a two-man American team on a Himalayan expedition to Island Peak. Five years earlier while in school, he did a semester in Nepal and India where he explored the Himalayas, countless Buddhist monasteries, the Ganges River, and the Taj Mahal.

Mr. Fiumerodo received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Strategic Management from California State University in Chico, CA and was distinguished with Honors, a fact that might surprise some of his high school teachers who at times felt that Mr. Fiumerodo might never graduate with his diploma.

Back then, as now, Mr. Fiumerodo takes delight and pleasure in proving the naysayers wrong. If information is the seed for an idea and only grows when it is watered and well-tended, Mr. Fiumerodo has shown he has the touch of a master gardener.
